    Workplace neurodiversity assessments and training

ABI-36 and the ADHD burnout assessment are structured, neurodiversity-specific assessments grounded in current research and clinical experience. Used carefully, they help staff and managers build a shared language for strengths, strain, and working style.

BGM Health also provides research-informed training so the insight can be used in real teams rather than left in a file.

    Who it is for

Organisations that need practical healthcare support.

Employers who want better understanding of neurodiversity at work, clearer manager conversations, and practical assessment tools that do not reduce people to labels.

    How it works

A clear process from enquiry to delivery.

    01

    Define the purpose

We establish whether you need assessment, training, manager support, or a combination.

    02

    Assess with care

Structured assessments are used to understand strengths, strain, and working style, not to stigmatise difference.

    03

    Train and apply

Teams receive practical learning so the insight changes how people work together.

    Boundaries

What this service does and does not cover.

Clear limits help employers choose the right support and avoid confusion about clinical responsibility.

    • These tools support understanding and workplace adaptation. They are not a substitute for a full diagnostic pathway where one is clinically required.
    • Results should be interpreted with appropriate clinical and organisational context.
    • Training and assessment can be offered separately. Not every organisation needs both at once.

    Common questions

    Answers before you enquire.

    What is ABI-36?

ABI-36 is a structured neurodiversity-specific assessment used to explore strengths, strain, and working style so teams have a clearer shared language.

Is this the same as an ADHD diagnosis?

No. The ADHD burnout assessment helps identify patterns of strain and overload. Where a formal diagnostic assessment is needed, we will say so.

    Can this be delivered remotely?

Much of the assessment and training work can be delivered remotely. In-person delivery is used where it is the better option.
